Mamunur's journey started in 2014 on Upwork (oDesk), where he spent five years helping businesses across the globe grow through SEO and marketing consulting. He was exceptional at it — but he knew he was built for something bigger.
In 2017, he founded MotiveWork with one clear vision: build a data-driven agency that delivers real results, not empty promises. By 2019, he left freelancing completely behind and committed fully to scaling his company.
Today, he leads a team of 20+ combining disciplined execution, operational clarity, and a commitment to building something that lasts.
